Service and repairs

Solo NZ has a network of service and repair dealers nationwide.

Having your tool serviced by an unapproved centre will void its warranty. Please get in touch with us first.

Warranties

We offer a 48-month domestic warranty on all Powerworks 40V tools and chargers, and a 24-month domestic warranty on all Powerworks 40V batteries.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults. We reserve the right to assess the tool and repair or replace at our discretion. A unit that has been misused or used in other ways then described, designed, or intended, may have its warranty voided. Normal wear and tear on parts and products is not considered as warranty.

A faulty product must be returned to the point of purchase complete to claim for warranty, together with the proof of purchase (receipt).
